Welcome to our school's archives

A very warm welcome to the NHEHS Digital Archive

Any archive is a continual work in progress and we are still near the beginning of cataloguing and digitising our collection. We have begun with photographs and school magazines as these provide some of the most engaging content.

We are grateful to the Old Girls’ Association whose generosity has helped to fund the launch of this exciting online project. We are now working on digitising some of the schools’ earliest records and will be adding these in due course.

Can you help?

We are always delighted to receive information connected to the school, its history and its alumnae. Recently we have received photographs (some rescued from a skip!), newspaper cuttings, school play and concert programmes and even old school reports. If you have something of interest which you would like to share with us please let us know. Originals can always be returned after we have photographed or scanned them.
